MG740 Plus: detailed experience

I ordered the MG740 Plus a few weeks ago after much research. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were helpful in making my choice. Shipping took about 7 business days to get to me in Arizona, which was within the estimated range, but I did have to reach out to support once for a tracking update. They responded within 24 hours, which was decent. The bike arrived mostly assembled, just needed to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. The instructions could be a little clearer on some torque specs. Riding it has been fantastic; the motor is powerful and the fat tires handle trails really well. The battery life seems good so far, matching what was advertised. Overall, a solid purchase, though the seat wasn't the most comfortable for longer rides.

Solid bike, minor shipping issue

I purchased the RV800 Plus electric mountain bike. The bike itself is fantastic, very sturdy and the battery life is impressive. The value for money seems really good compared to other brands I looked at. Shipping took about 9 days, which was a little longer than I hoped, and the box had a small dent when it arrived, but thankfully the bike inside was undamaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay. I'd definitely recommend the bike, just prepare for potentially average delivery times.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third purchase from Lankeleisi-store, this time for an RV700 High Version. Like my previous orders, the process was smooth from start to finish. Shipping took about a week, which is what I've come to expect. The bike arrived well-packaged, just as before. I noticed the seat post clamp felt a bit looser than on my old MG740 Plus, but it was an easy fix. Always happy to come back here for their bikes.

Good bike, delivery could be better

I ordered an MG800 Max and it arrived in about 8 days, which felt a bit long. The bike itself is very powerful, just as described. Assembly was mostly fine, though the instructions were a little vague on the front wheel installation. Customer service was helpful when I called about a tracking update, even if it took a day to get back to me. The packaging was good, protected the bike well. I just wish shipping was a touch faster; it took 8 days to reach Portland. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

Fast shipping, good bike

I bought an MG600 Plus e-bike last week. Shipping was quick, got here in 5 days. The bike itself is solid. Assembly was pretty straightforward. One pedal was a little stiff, but it works.

Another great bike, solid service

This was my third purchase from Lankeleisi-store, grabbed an RV800 Plus this time. Like my previous orders, the bike arrived well-packaged, though the assembly still took me a good hour. They're consistently reliable with their shipping estimates. I keep coming back because the quality for the price is just unbeatable, and the bikes really hold up. My older X3000 Plus is still going strong after two years of daily commuting. Only wish they'd include a better multi-tool for assembly.

Love my new e-bike!

My new X3000 Plus arrived and I'm so happy with it! The motor is incredibly powerful, and the fat tires make every ride fun. It came pretty fast, only took 6 days to get to me. I took it out right away and it was amazing. I'm already telling my friends they need to check out Lankeleisi. The only small thing was the kickstand felt a bit flimsy, but it still holds the bike up fine.

Got my X2000 Plus

I just got my X2000 Plus folding e-bike. It's pretty cool for getting around town. It came in about a week. Putting it together was mostly easy, just unfolded it and attached a few things. The seat felt a little hard for longer rides, but I can probably swap that out. It's a nice ride for daily commutes.
